Roland has been working within the planning & development industry since 2004. He started his career as a planning officer at Swindon Borough Council where the wide and varied workload provided him with a solid depth of knowledge and understanding of the planning process. He now uses this experience and knowledge to successfully guide and help clients across a broad spectrum of planning and development proposals.
Roland then moved into the renewable energy sector and specialised in gaining consents for large-scale solar farms and more recently battery storage schemes. Over time he has developed a vast amount of experience, expertise and understanding as to how to best negotiate a successful planning outcome. He has an enviable reputation for achieving successful planning outcomes via negotiation, developing relationships with landowners and decision makers as well as positively engaging with community groups.
